That's Matt Andersen, as it said right above the picture when you copied it to ask who it was! LOL
I saw that bike in person at the show. Unfrickinbelievable. Each one of those holes in the forks has a brass insert and the pedal blocks are machined brass. The sprocket and cog were sick. That angle on the seat springs. No detail was missed.
