Wild chopper/custom wanted.. Chicago area!!

Like title says, looking for a bike in any stage of completion, more interested in chopper/rat type, low slung cruiser if that makes any sense. This is for my 12yo son he is a little big for 20" so a 24" or low slung 26" would be nice. What do you have? Thanks Mike
