WOMANS 24INCH HAWTHORNE ALUMINUM 1930'S-40'S?

picked this little honey up yesterday, it is a 24inch, all aluminum, art deco stem and headlight with battery tube, rear drop stand. nice ride, needs a polishing. what year do you guys think it is?

Silver Kings never really jumped out at me but some how the battery pack/light and truss rod really makes this one work!

pull the cranks out and it says the year on the center. mine is a 36
