Worksman Trike Rebuild

Love it! I have an old Mohawk industrial trike waiting its turn. Need a rear wheel and then it will start going together.

I know a guy on another forum who is parting out a Worksman like mine and still has the rear wheels if you are interested?

So.... Do these bikes just have a straight rear axle driving both rear wheels?

As for paint, I'd go a light colour to offset the dark timber, maybe a cream, with some darker trim details.

Yes, but only rear left wheel is hubbed to the axle, right rear is free.

So if you lean to the right and pedal hard you could smoke up the left one?

I would be interested if they are not the type that are keyed onto the axle. I am missing the freewheel side at this point.

No, they are not keyed, drive side a squared hub and the axle is squared, non drive side is free floating on bearings.
