On today's menu, we have a heap'n help'n of Pickled Persons! Yum.

Recipe:
Take one rusty Persons saddle, clean loose rust with scotch pad. Place saddle in a medium size pan or plastic plate allowing only the metal bits below the rim. Add vinegar and pea gravel. Allow to marinate for 24 to 48 hours. Remove saddle from pan, clean vinegar from metal and seal to taste.
Prep time; 10 min. Serves one.
