Are you talking about a noise from the rockers? I have this fork on a Basman and no looseness or rattles or other noises. I used the Sunlite version on my Porucho and added nylon washers to take out the rattle.
Here are the pictures. Can't tell if its' the same on my other one without taking it apart. They are not tight in the bores but they also won't come out easily.
That's what mine came with. It has the flange on the inside against the fork leg. I have some nylon washers which will fit over the threaded part of the bolt but I'd have to put the sleeve in the other side of the rocker.
Did you put the factory sleeves on the outside and the washers on the inside? I got some nylon washers but they're too small to fit over the shoulder of the bolts. I'm going to go back and look for some bronze ones.
