i didnt think spoke count had any relation to wheel size... do they not make a 36 spoke 24" wheel? or a 28 spoke 26" wheel?

yeah, i think it's a roadmaster... i am afraid though, it looks small, could it be a 24"? the higgins is the the same frame, i think, as Karfer's... also, the guy usually is not over priced, but he's not dumb either :? if i get these, they are keeping their patina... no repaints this time...
