    A Dremel to cut cable housings, pneumatic impact for removing hard to get off free wheels. sawzall for the stuck aluminum seat post and to cut up a frame to frankin bike. 4 inch grinder and D.A. Sander. Drill to punch holes. Mig Welder, other wise all hand tools to build and disassemble.

    If you can, find a kids bike, maybe a 20 inch junker at a thrift store that has a front disc and have a LBS build it for ya. Not cheap but it will the easy route.

    26" wheel in a 24" Schwinn frame?

    The last one I did, I extended the rear drop outs back an inch or so, and a 26 inch fork. The before, it dosen't show the drop outs, but I did change the seat post to a larger one.
