    JC Higgins

Picked up this three speed JC Higgins. What attracted me to it was the crank that says JC Higgins in it. Also, the built-in air-pump is cool. I was thinking about parting it out just so I can hang the crank on my wall, but it is kind of a cool bike. Your thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using...

    Crusty Hollywood

Rough old Hollywood that I picked up for $25...assumed it is worth that in parts, even though I hate parting out bikes, so I'll probably end up fixing it up LOL! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    BH folding bike

Ok, not Rat-Rodish, but all the experts view this forum. Picked this early 80's BH, made in Spain, folding bike for a quick flip to support my vintage bike habit. Anyone know anything about these? I put a tube in it, disassembled/cleaned/greased it up and it's ready to go. Any thoughts on...

    BARN Find!!!!

Ok, grabbed this beauty up at an auction, so I didn't technically find it in a barn. But I have a hunch that's where it's been laying for a few decades. I think it's a JC Higgins colorflow?!? Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nothing fancy, just a solid old Racer. I'll polish the chrome and find it a new home. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Two new acquisitions...

Picked these up at an auction a week or two ago. I've been wanting a Colorflow for a while. The red bike is a Firestone "Special Cruiser". Any ideas on the years of either of these? Also on the lookout for the correct tank for the Colorflow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Before / After of a Brazilian Bike

A lady asked me to paint her bike to use for a photography prop. I pondered how to make it "prop-worthy". We're trading the redo for family pictures. It started life as a Brazilian Calio. It's now equipped with vintage Kmart Allpro forks and 1960's Schwinn fenders. Not necessarily a rat rod...

    Fiesta and Dixie Flyer

The schwinn is about perfect, just dirty. 1964 I think. Auction find. It was in a barn. The Dixie Flyer is from the same auction. Nice old bike, unfortunately someone painted it. Skip tooth and etc...not sure of year. Put air in the tires on both bikes and they cruise great!!!

    1950s? Murray

Picked this hot rod up for my wife this weekend (we added the new seat and grips). Already put on new rubber (only new front tire installed when pic was taken). Good riding bike. Paid a whopping $40. Does anyone know the year? Thanks!!!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    1953 phantom?

Just purchased this at auction...someone covered it blue, ugg. How do you tell the type of phantom it is? Serial code date tells me late August 1953. Has crack in down tube I just discovered, is this common? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
