There are washers/spacers/shims you can use between the brake arm and brake arm frame bracket.
There are also banding clamps specifically for this situation.
Well most US Felt hoops are 50mm. So your tires on these p39d’s are going to fit narrower and taller than on a Felt hoop. Personally, I don’t care for the narrower look as those width hoops come on some of the lower level felt cruisers and many (most?) euro model Felt cruisers. They just don’t...

future reference, if spokes are ever a little too long, go ahead and build the wheel anyway. Then use a dremel and grind off the ends flush down to the nipples heads. Between that and a rim strip, you should be good to go. Done this numerous times on hub swaps.
Thanks man. I do, but it’s in the early stages of working and not really ready. It’s: www.wide5rides.com
I’ve just been through FB groups, forums, FB friends, eBay (gasp), etc to start and grow sorta grassroots.
Just wanted to share what I’ve been working on and producing.
My own branded Wide 5 Rides OG front hub:
Same size as the Felt 5 Star hub, but better! Sealed bearings.
Also, a matching sprocket:
Next up is a double disc (Double D) front hub:
Now about to do a Limited Edition run on a 150mm...
They are really cool. They came on 3 Felts:
-2010 New Belgium Brewing (NBB)
-2011 NBB
-2010 Magno (exact design as 2010 NBB, but no front basket and obviously different theme)
While I do have tons of Felt and other parts, I don’t have those specifically. My MPs are fully intact. Hop over to the FB group, join if needed, and ask for those parts. A bunch of guys have miscellaneous parts on hand.
Possibly. What are you looking for? Also, a couple guys on the FB Felt cruiser group might too. I know Mike Liberty just bought an MP minus the wheels and tires, so maybe he would part it out further.
Options are finding aftermarket Felt hoops or wheels or having someone custom build you any size width available. Ron, the OP, should be able to help you with the 1st option. I can help you with both options but will let Ron chime in as it’s his thread.
