They look great! I have the plate mount holes drilled, but I am saving the pics until everything is coated. ;)

Cameron & I will get together this weekend for the parts swap! Let me know if you need me to bring the BB bearings also!

I am meeting up with pick on Sunday to swap the last few uncoated parts for the coated ones.

Once I get home I will figure out the spoke lengths needed and get those numbers to LowpowerD. I will then be on hold until I get the parts back from pick and the spokes. When the parts get in my hands It should only take a day or two to have the bike together.

I have been keeping busy getting the helmet prepped for paint. I spent a day smoothing the surface and getting it primered. Today I sprayed the white. I am giving the paint a couple days to cure before I mask the white and spray the black.

Still watching the mail box for the tubes from deorman and the goggles from kingzeeba1. Once LowpowderD has the spokes done I will meet up with him and then let the fun begin!

Happy to help. As strange as it seems, there are some things in life that are more important than old bicycles. I hope you dad is doing well. I am proud that we can band together as Coasters and create this bike.
+1

Cameron & Dave: I think this bike is gonna be so BAD that maybe we should just keep it. We could have shared custody between the 3 of us, except I'm afraid Dave would tear it up!

Nothing would please me more than for this bike to wind up in your collection. That way I could check up on it from time to time.

I'm thinkin Dave is really serious! He must really be savin up the cabbage! I'm gettin a little nervous! :?

I have wanted to build this bike since I saw the shirt come out... I would imagine it all the time... what parts I needed etc... So... I will place some bids... But if it ends up like last year, I will lose I am sure... I would be proud to own it and yet will be proud to see a vision come true and have it be in anothers collection.... Main thing is supporting the forum and putting another cool bike on this little blue marble we call Earth... 8)
