The top tube with tank is a bit 'lost' in the photo, but I think once you have that all painted up and tied together, you will have the look.
Dig the sweet whitewalls too! WeLd oN~!

I am trying to hide the top tube a bit,I prefer to see more tank and seat...It looks a right mess right now. Hope to weld it all,grind and a undercoat tomorrow

Okay so updates on my progress.
I have been fighting with a nest of yellow jackets that have been camped near the entrance of my work shop... I am a let live type of person,so I was fine until they started to become more aggressive. So managed to get rid of them for awhile until this morning. Opened my door and this time I was bitten,so now they will be killed off any means possible...

I managed to get the frame welded and sanded and started to make the rear plate from fiberglass.

Double shocked

Chopped another bike for the seat stay.

The frame.

Cardboard with foil wrapped and then tape served as the template.

A few layers on.

And then..... wait for it....

Decided to put the bike back together for a check...
NOTHING was straight... The whole frame was twisted.
I spat the dummy and tried everything,to understand WHY?
So I quit...

And then I thought nah!!!! What would the Boyz do.
So I just chopped the frame in half. I noticed only one bar was slightly off(must have moved when welding)
And then had a closer look at the bottom bracket area,it is totally twisted.

So I am back at the start again.

I need to get a frame welded up and finished by the end of today.
I am still not sure if I can finish in time, but I will sure give it a go...
I only have Sundays all day free.
I have another frame to chop,it was the frame I was using for the gunslinger,did not want to destroy it but,don't have time to look for scrap bikes. I had another one,but it is heavy and not shaped how I want it.

The fast and simple way would be to leave the frame as it is. If the bars are too close make a seat post that goes further back, not a 45° layback, but a 90°. Probably extend the swingarm a bit if needed.
Also when going with double shocks change the mounting points in order to secure more leverage. I had a fully years ago that I had installed two shocks on (one on each side of the frame) and while it looked awesome the suspension made the susprension practically non-existant.

This bike seems to be pushing me to my limits,3 years wanting to build it...
But I made progress.

OddJob thanx for the push... I am not out yet,but have to start moving faster to be able to reach the finish line...
This bike has become my Nemesis,but I will conquer.
After getting rid of the yellow jackets,I started to attack the frame again.
Started trying to understand the rear end and why it was bent... I manipulated it some what back inline,the left drop needs to be tapped down a little more.
Looks like a whole lot of wonky chinese welding if you ask me.

Round 2.

My primitive and fast jig set up.

Started losing light,but managed to get the frame mostly welded up...
Will finish the rest tomorrow and add on all the tabs etc.

Look straight as a arrow,no bent head tube.

Even the double shocks line up from the previous frame.

Don't care so much if the shocks spring or not.
The saddle has plenty of spring,not to mention the forks. I have a feeling this will be a bouncy one...

Not easy trying to work in 38'c in the shade.
Also I will be changing the seat fixture a little.
This frame is more stretched,will have a better look at it tomorrow.
The biggest thing left to do is sand all the fiberglassing and make the Top of the tank...

Anything straight and fairly rigid should work, I know a guy that uses a wood 4x4 beam. the other way is lying flat on a big welding table with a handful of spacers. Either way, you got this.
