That is not what I was thinking, I cant keep up haha.

Lots of creative process here and I am enjoying it!

The square skeleton is coming along nicely, I am envisioning a lot of neat outcomes for your build. I especially love that headtube/gusset combo! Killer!

My co worker showed me the two prototype spindles for my pedal assembly today and I've got to say he's killing it! The spindle alone is 235mm wide. Can't wait to throw that bad boy in the frame and get cooking with the tire pile!

Holey smokes, just realized I made it to page 8! I don't think my last three build off attempts combined made 8 pages of content

Loving the lines of this. Great work with the pie slices on those kickouts. The curves just flow so well on this beast!

The diamond twist achieved with those cuts look awesome. Coming along great. Love the length and shape of this bike.

I've heard from some of the frame designers in California that they have custom made rolling dies that will roll diamond twists like that. I've yet to see them though .

They (the weather people, not the voices in my head) keep saying this summer is going to be a hot dry one. I've been looking for a big shop fan for a while now when I stumbled across this chicken coop fan at a yard sale for $5.

It got up to 84 degrees here today, so I decided to stop slacking and get er done. Took it home, slapped an old electric motor on it and prayed that both worked. It works great, but I now have to put a wall up on the other side of the shop because the fan blew it away! This thing will keep me cool this summer

My co worker said it took 45 lines of programming to design the spindle, and it'll take about an hour or so to cut it. I think he deserves more than just a beer

Picture time, cause I got updates. Made a box shell with some 1/8" plate steel for the bottom bracket, notched the shell to fit the tubing, then burned it all together.

I used a brand new super high tech, ultra precision chain-line alignment device (aka, a length of 3/4" tubing) to align the sprocket and rear wheel. I set the pedal clearance to approximately 1.5". I do this on my custom builds 100% on purpose, because if you're not familiar with my bikes and try to steal it you won't get far because the pedals will hit the ground. I also despise almost all kickstands and prefer to park the bike on the pedals

Wow, talk about an involved build. Looking good! All that metal finishing is going to take a lot of time but worth the effort. I love how full custom this build is and pretty out of the box. That crank spindle came out amazing. Great stuff!
