What if you used that bread pan as a dummy single-cylinder engine where you can hide a water bottle inside? It looks like you'd have enough room to make it fit. This is shaping up nicely! That latest chain guard is cool. I also like the butterscotch / caramel grips.
Looks like your garden cherub approves as well!

#1 for me. The Columbia chain guard's too bulky, like you said, and the JC Higgins guard is too straight. It looks off on such a curvy frame.Different votes for each of these chainguards. "Pee Boy" hasn't made up his mind either, but he is ready to celebrate Memorial Day.

Love the ingenuity there, that looks great. You could hide an motor in there.Which fed the madness to a more extreme idea. I've had an idea of making a tank out of these for a long time. But what about an encased chainguard? Of course it would have to be sliced up to fit much farther back, but this is the closest I could test with a tape mockup. It's kinda hard to take this experiment seriously, but I had to tape it up and see.

GorgeousThis reminded me of a Monark rack turned chainguard on a customer's TRM Convertible bike from a few years back. But it was sliced, diced and combined with a Monark guard using only the top surface. He used the same forks also!

From that angle, #3 looks amazing. However the bottom edge fights the lines of the frame. If you cut out the red cheese-grater portion (I know, blasphemy), that guard would look bananas on that frame.
If you're opposed to chopping guard #3, I'd choose #1 or #2. I prefer #2 (as the design sits) but can see the potential of adding other components for weight balance if you choose #1.

It looks cool centered with the BB like you have it! But you might want to check it against the chainring before you get too deep into the idea. It would probably have to be raised up considerably to cover the chain. Just a thought.
Kingfish gets a mirror and we'll be getting selfiesSome of you may have noticed the little doodad attached to the pipe bars. Oddball gave me the mirror that he had on these bars as well. I don't believe I'll use it, but wanted to test it out. Once I had it mounted I could tell right away it was for British traffic. If you'll notice it's mounted on the right side of the bike, which would be the car side if you where barreling through the streets of London.
