In regards to my shifter handle testing, The 8 ball has the best feel and operates the best. The B&M T handle has a cool but strange feel to it. Still not quite sure which one I will use. I like both of them more than I like the small Project346 knob. I'll just see which one looks/feels best for the final cut on the build.

Went to ACE hardware and picked up some of these threaded furniture inserts for the B&M grip handle.

Those murakoshi inserts are sweet. My company uses them on all sorts of assemblies
I've got heaps of these from when damaged furniture comes back and it just gets thrown out so I salvage them but never used them yet plus I have heaps of packs of those cam lock pieces too

They say you can't put a square peg in a round hole, but apparently, you can force a very coarse thread into a fine-thread hole! o_O:21:

Especially when the very coarse insert is made of very poor material. :D :D

I know in many cars the driver has these T-handle shifters cocked at an angle, so I tested that look here too. There is nothing symmetrical about these ergonomic handles.

I can see now why you like these bars on here. I couldn't help but smile if I was riding with this view!

Ah, so you are left handed ;)

I like the angle on the gear change handle, it looks more comfortable.

Naw, I'm right handed. I just happened to be on the right side of the bike and needed my right hand for the camera :D
I'm about to go for a ride to road test the angle of the dangle :D

I love these bars and the story behind them. It's a great view in the cockpit and they make for a very comfy ride, even when I stand up in the pedals.
Everyone that sees them, mentions how they like the bars.

I'm guessing that you shift left-handed. It would seem awkward to have it angled like that for your right hand.

Actually, it is more comfortable with my right hand. But still good with my left
