Chain down to bell arm at present.

At this point I used a key ring around bars between grip and crossbrace and attached chain to ring. [emoji736]

might play with a rod idea.

A rod / lever idea might be cool. Perhaps convert an old 3 speed bar shifter or a stem shifter from a '70s road bike?

I put the chain on, oiled it up, checked everything for tightness and went for ride. Pretty smooth first ride, still want to true up front wheel. The seat is noisy, need to figure out where to lube some friction points.
As it sits/stands now. [emoji736]

It may yet get some bling...

There seems to be some other builds with larger holes, progressive hole sizing. Thought I’d do micro holes...for mounting “bling”. Now what could it be?

We have one hanging on the wall that quit working...no shifters though. Someone ought to use the idea.

Good clearance...had to shorten the mounting lugs to clear chain.
