1959 Schwinn Tornado 20"

Just finished getting my son's bike together today. Started life as a red Tornado. Now done in Kool Orange with random water decals, motocross handlebars and West Coast chopper wheels. Last 2 pics are both of my kids with their bikes. The violet one is a 1970 Slik Chik. They have matching horn headlights. Now to finish my wife's and mine hopefully in time to be riding once it cools down a bit here

Old town Mesa my friend. In a word....irrigation

the only things i remember about Mesa was, Native New Yorker(mmmmmmm), the Amphitheater that I worked at a couple of times, and Fiesta Mall. And I think they had a community college with a pretty good football team. Are these things still there? I went to college in Tempe in the early 90's
