I got the fork and crank mounted in the frame.
I've also been building a basket for the front. I started with a wire basket and cut off the handles.
Curtain rods seemed to be just the right size for the bottom struts.
These conduit clamps are the closest thing I could find locally for the top mounts.

Yep, conduit clamps work great for mounts on the handlebars. 
Good idea with the cotter pins
I finally got the tires and tubes in the mail. These "straight sided" tires were tough to get the bead seated all the way around. I found an old set of brass schrader caps and painted them yellow. It's nearly done now!
Since I got the basket how I wanted it I pulled it back off and painted it.

I like the way this is turning out. Especially the frame plate.
I bought two Bell 1/8 chains and it's a good thing I did because the length isn't marked on the packaging. Turns out the chains are only 96 links, so I had to use part of the second chain to get it long enough. I installed the chain guard and took it for a quick spin around the yard before the rain hit.
This one is done.
