This bike was made for one year in 2006 by Raleigh. The P.U.B. stands for Public Utility Bike. MSRP was $385.00.
It's a very large bike and the frame is aluminum with the flat foot geometry so it's really comfortable to ride.
The paint color is called "Stout" and there's a built-in bottle opener near the tank area for those cold beverages.
Despite the large size, the bike is surprisingly light weight with the aluminum frame and components.
I bought this from a freight salvage company that was selling it really cheap because the springer fork had been bent in transit.
After several attempts to straighten the bent fork I gave up and let the bike hang in my garage.
I was talking with Mitch at Bicycle Exchange and he said he would try to track down a replacement fork.
After a few phone calls to Raleigh Mitch managed to find a replacement springer and now the bike is as good as new.
