Still more work for 6 speed rear derailleur. It's at 2nd gear in high mode shifting. Need to make spacer with bolt lock adapter. Just ordered Jerald 24'' and got 26x1.0 tires. Jerald is on way.

Just picked Jerald up and put it on. Will be home later to put it on.

Here's update on my father's buzz. He changed crank arm to 7'' and trimmed grips.

He having a hard time because he want to paint black jet on his buzz but don't want ruin original paint.

Yeah it will be. He just can't make decisions on original paint. Lol

Just put Jerald on. It's close call but it's spinning freely and I still need do more modifies on rear derailleur.

All gears are at low.

At least my guessed measures are at right place. Tight fit between frame and chain at low gear.

Tight clearance on left side but look like I can redish to right about 0.100''

Thanks guys. I just realized for cables on right handle bar will require three cables. I don't like the idea of three cables running to handle bar. But I think shifting would be easier to do if shifter is on grip. I'm thinking and do not seeing there's a way out. :|

Not as convenient or as easy to use but a "Suicide" style frame shift does look awesome!

At very beginning, I did had a thought about homemade long double sided sucicde shifters with different handle bar to be chopper bike. I need this bike to be comfortable and easy rider because it will be my daily rider.
