50's higgins pragstreet makeover klunkerish

well as they say you are never truly done.
my creativity and boredom got the better of me
i "borrowed" the long apes and the nanner and sissy bar from my Schwinn dx build(that ones under reconstruction due to a fork issue)
so after i applied some ruff cycles stickers i got for free from their Facebook promo i decided to change it up a bit.
so here she is as of today.
might go back to the original look but for now she will do.

well yet again i have made some changes to the ol Higgins.
i went with a big boy bmx/klunkerish style this time
gonna keep the tank on the frame and i may go back to original
but i got bored and here ti what i got right now.
seems like these builds are never done are they lol


still have to paint the bars and maybe swap the forks for a pair of 26 inch bmx cruiser forks and do some tweaking but here she is in her current state
undecided if i liked her before or now

i took this out to the local skate /bmx park and tested it on some jumps
it did awesome but a lil too heavy as i popped my front tire and chewed the front rim a bit.
but it did good and the local kids actually gave me props saying they thought the bike looked cool. old man and old bike kinda goes together but man my back is telling me stop being a kid lol
next step is repairing the front wheel and taking it in the dirt
