I hope you can check it out...I hope they continue the bicycles I really loved seeing them when I was a kid then they quit so I'm glad they are back...The kids have been working on display ideas since last year they got some of the ideas from the car displays last year

I am not sure, but I think there are more bikes than last year. Quite a nice collection of history in my opinion.

What a way to share that news Dan! Jeeze , I kept asking Dave where on earth did he post this information of the engagement of Mae! This is like superior news in our biking group to know of this information. This should of been its own personal post entry! Well since Dan is doing this sneaky update in here, I guess its time for LowpowerD and I to share that we are 16 weeks pregnant. Due to some eye health issues I am having we will not make it to this show. <<>> SO there! Ps: I'm excited to see the house :D Love you Mae!

I thought I had pics of 450redrider, '65rat and Kansas RollFast's bikes but they didn't turn out well.

I was not happy with the judging of the bikes. Most of the winners were deserving of their prize, but the winner of the Rat Bike category was a barn find bike that appeared to have been rolled straight in from the barn. There were four or five other bikes in the category that the builders had put time and effort into that were much more deserving. I don't know if there was one judge or a panel of judges, but I guess that is what happens when you get car guys judging bikes. Also there were no ribbons for second or third place. I don't know if I will be showing again next year.

Hey I'm glad someone besides me said this about the Rat category, I would agree, the bike had cob webs all over it. They also need to add some more classes as we end up comparing apples to oranges. Simple ribbons would be nice as they do for the Model Cars also. Yah its about the kids, but us old guys could use some love too.
