bought a mens and ladies aluminum point beach pacific 7 speed crusiers had em on the repair stand and when i pedaled then let it coast it howled,took the casttes apsrt and greased the front and rear bearigs,now whisper quite,needed a 3rd hand to get the castte apart,my work bench is woog but three shingle nails evenly apart between the theeth which held it in place so i could loosen the2 rings that hold rhe sprokets and the acual inner hub with the bearings and dogs,greased and put back together like a new castte now,1 handle bar grip was damaged i emailed and there sending me 2 new grips
