Bars came today, I went to cutting...
cut apart a second set, then I took some tubing that fits inside the handlebars, and some JB Weld and spliced the pieces I cut from the second set of bars, into the ones I had.
They're not exactly like the screamer butterfly bars, they're actually bigger. I'm happy, soon as the JB Weld sets, I'll be cleaning up the epoxy overflow. Still looking for some excellent wrap... more soon.

That JBWeld must be good stuff if you trust it there, I have never used it but it is used on many bikes on the site, so it must be good!

JB is a great invention. Its just a 2 part epoxy,but the resin has steel in it. I don't know how it does what it does,but here in the state's it's right up there with duct tape.
Those bars are wild! Looking forward to the cycledelic wrap!
I'd love to plug weld them and I still might but right now I have no welder... the pipe inside is thick wall and tight. I had to beat it in and I grooved the inner pipes to hold some more JB Weld. They'll be good for cruisin' just not BMX bars...

They're really not as big as they look, it's a small bike. When I stand behind it (no seat yet) they feel right.
