Found this awesome little guy and a recent pick. I do not plan on keeping it but it is so cool!!!!

Well it may not be a Rat Rod. It would good in any collection!

Hey man! Wondering if you know or anyone knows what the plastic piece is that was held my those two clamps??? One on the downtube and one on the seat tube. My lil tiger I just found has the same thing with the piece snapped off just the two brackets or clamps left.
