The original owner won it 18 years ago in a radio station contest. They rode it a couple of times and hung it up in the rafters of the garage...

Tho it is a humble Kustom Kruiser, it was made in Taiwan and rides great!

Mystery tank insert for girls Kustom Kruiser bike? Anyone know what bike this went on, or have one or even a picture of one? I love the Tiki design, and would just like to see a complete bike, haven't been able to find one myself. I got a few of these when I bought out a bunch of leftover NOS Kustom Kruiser parts from an overstock bicycle warehouse a few years ago. They fit a girls Kustom Kruiser or Dyno frame.

Wow! Never seen one like that!

I believe this is what you have.
Several Kulana bikes are similar to Dynos.
I actually had one of these 24" models.
Yep, that looks like the tank insert for sure. I just assumed it was Kustom Kruiser because it was in the same part of warehouse as all the KK stuff.

I sold my ‘96 Dyno Glide with the Nexus 7 a few months ago. Got a call yesterday from the guy who bought it. To make a long story short, he needed to sell it as he has to move and asked if I would buy it back at a discount. Well, it’s mine again but unfortunately it suffered while out of my possession. First pic is how I sold it, second is how I got it back! Apparently he broke the pedals, the seatpost and drilled holes in the rear facing fork/dropouts for a rack 🤬. Well, I am glad to have it back and will get it back in shape!
