Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20"-seat tag, pg 40 windshield pg 41

Now that is a sexy windshield.
Can't wait to see it on.

Still thinking about "sponsorship" decals.

Not a whole lot of room for that. Maybe use the same plexi to fab a panel between the seatpost and the rear fender.

Or maybe between the two rails of the wheelie bar. Hmmm...

YES!!! That's much better!!
Would you tint it red as well?? That could tie it all together well.

Oh man, now you're adding to my things to do list!

...peatbog covers ears with hands and runs from room shouting nah na na na na na na...

Nah man, you gotta do that. Now that I look at it more, it wouldn't detract from the rest of the bike and that incredible paint job.
It would really tie everything in (even teh red wheelie wheel).

Now, if you REALLY want to ad to your list, then back light it with some LEDs!!!!!!!! :p

And you thought you were finished.

Get Ta Buildin Slacker!!!! Peace!!!

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

That should look cool! When you spray your plexi this time put a piece of white printer paper under the plexi (if you spray it layed down again) to help better gauge how dark you are tinting it.

Do you feel like Rick Moranis? Kind of like this?

Good idea, that. Cardboard background just doesn't work so well.

You know, this whole build thing has gotten out of hand. The original idea was to take apart the Bratz bike, repaint it, and put it back together. Dang that yellow paint...

That will teach you to be an overacheiver and have so much work done with 5 weeks to go!

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

It's the plant from Little Shop of Horrors.
I always wanted the owner to keep feeding it more and more.
Kind of like your Eliminator.

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

I still don't see any header pipes or carb stacks and you only have 5 weeks to get this bucket of bolts put together!

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

You know what would help you more closely achieve the look you're going for? A springer off of a Schwinn BFK (repop crate) it's not the lowrider style fork and would give that solid front axle appearance. I think it's just a 26" springer. Here was mine pre-cleaning:

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

Now your talkin'!
The whole stance of this bike is so WRONG right now.
I think that fender needs to be repainted again too.
Also, the apes are a bit too small and the the sissy bar is too short.

Man, I don't think you are going to be able to get this done before Aug 7th!!!!!!

(I wonder if our plan to make him overthink his build is working?)

Haha, we can try can't we?

I love the stance of the bike, but when I compare it to the old drag cars he keeps posting I think the front end needs to be raised to match, but only to go with that old look. I think the current stance is also great!

I'm thinkin' I might have time to repaint it metallic green and make it a trike :p

With a sidecar!!! :p

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

I was worried at first about how a windshield would look between the bars, but that looks great!

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": seat tag pg 40, windshield pg 41

that thing is really sweet I like the right windshield the best to

Okay, I've been persuaded. I'll leave it alone. Man, I'm glad someone said that.

I didn't really want a metallic green sidecar bike anyway.

Plus it would suck if there was 2. :D

Re: >>>Bratz Eliminator 20": windshield conundrum pg 43

When you said convex vs concave, I thought you meant bowing out away from the rider, not which direction teh top cut went.

The left looks more like traditioanl motorcyle/moped screens. The one on the left has more coosness to it.
My vote is always for coolness!!!
