What I started with a 58 ish Firestone 500 in a pile of parts with a few missing pieces.

found some fenders that matched the patina better and added some baskets. I cleaned the frame up with some WD40 and steel wool and then a couple coats of boiled linseed oil and acetone mix. I had to clearance the fork and fender a little to clear the 26 x 2.125

Picked up a stand not sure what size bike it was for tried it out but was to short. Cut it in half and used some tubing to extend it to clear the fender and reflector.

Brian, this came out cool! Nice touches on the clean up of this vintage bike and green rims / tire combo.

I really like how the sun is directly above the bike in this photo makes the fenders, bars, and whole bike glow.
