SO I PICKED UP THIS DYNO ROADSTER CLONE FROM MY FRIEND OVER AT THE CRUISER SHOP. I DID A QUICK MOCK UP WITH SOME SPARE PARTS TO SEE HOW THE FITMENT AND QUALITY OF THE FRAME WAS. THE BIKE SLAPPED RIGHT TOGETHER WITH NO ISSUES AND THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT FELT GOOD. THE FRAME CAME A DARK CHARCOAL GREY AND THE PAINT QUALITY IS GREAT. SO I FELT BAD THAT IT WILL BE SAND BLASTED AND POWDER COATED WHITE

GOING TO USE A 3" WIDE REAR RIM WITH A NEXUS THREE SPEED. I FOUND A HOOP THAT MATCHED MY FRONT WHEEL PRETTY CLOSE WITH THE SAME STEP AND SENT IT OFF TO POWDER COAT.

DUE TO MY SHIFTER PLACEMENT I COULD NOT WELD ON A PERMANENT MOUNT AND SLIP THE SHIFT HANDLE ON SO CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA TO MOUNT MY NEXUS SHIFTER. ITS 7/8 ALUMINUM COPPED TO 5/8 AND TAPPED/COUNTER SUNK FOR A 1/4-20 BOLT. I MIGHT MAKE A RUN OF THESE IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED. I CAN COPE TO ANY TUBE SIZE AND CHANGE THE OVER ALL LENGTH. LOOKS A LOT CLEANER THEN THE PLASTIC/HOSE-CLAMP MOUNT THAT EVERYONE SELLS. PLUS YOU CAN POLISH ,PAINT OR ANODIZE. AND IF YOUR BIKE IS PAINTED NO NEED TO WELD TO GET THAT FINISHED LOOK. YOU CAN SHOOT ME A PM.

Nice Whip Gardetto! so Fresh and soo Clean..

Yo, I just got a hold of a dyno, and looking to customize while keeping as much original as possible...

Did your 3"rim fit without any customization on the rear? What size rims and tires u got in front and rear? Is that an 80mm in rear and 65mm in front?

Also, are those original dyno spring forks? Just coated in powder?

You did a fantastic job brutha.
