Thanks for the kind words on the bike, the paint I was suprised to see it was still good after sitting on the shelf for 2 years lol. It was leftover from when I painted a vw bus good bit back. The bars were on the bike when I got it, they were just rusty. So wirewheeled them and got some cast iron grey spray paint and painted the bars, kickstand, seat post and wheel spokes with the same paint to make it flow better.
I've been temped to weld a cross bar on the bars as well, sorta like the older bikes. Just not sure what I'm going to do yet, seems like I cant leave something alone for to long :lol:
