Not too far down the Deuce, we set up in a new spot for a couple of days

We brought a couple of the usual suspects, HotRod Thundrrr brought Big Green Canoe, and Ms Kat brought some classic Canadian camp bikes

That Nishiki mixte is an interesting one, I'd like to spend more time with it

Not sure how Shields fits in the Nishiki history. Made in Japan, Toshiba 555 tubes (straight gauge Hi Ten). Nice lugs with gold lining

The long stem really caught my eye, that is a nice piece

Unfortunately, she brought it to the wrong LBS for a tune. The downtown shop replaced her classic der with a black Tourney der that has a pulley on the back, and worst of all, her beautiful old thumb shifter with a plastic trigger shifter.
