Made a mount for my gear levers today. :banghead: My original idea didn't work... too complicated to explain... no photos of my attempt... enough said  So here is plan B...

And here it is tack welded onto the frame...

Also, my hub for the rear wheel arrived...

I am really not good at planning these builds  I start something, then get to a point where something else has to be done before I continue on the other thing, then while doing the second thing, I realise I can't continue with that until yet another thing is done, and so on...

It that just me? o_O

The last thing hackers like me do is have a plan...
Now, I have a general wish list of what I want to do - if it all goes smoothly...
But unforeseen factors due to inexperience,
or breaking new ground as I like to see it, o_O
push back some of the more unrealistic plans for my builds...
I've yet to mount that anti grav unit from McFly's hoverboard
to complete my hoverboardtrack racer. :)

Hopefully getting close to a rolling mock up... repeat... hopefully

Glen.

You should round the corners on those rockers. Make them look like its a fabricated pieces and not just flat stock with a couple holes.
Not trying to down grade you at all just trying to give advice

Or sharpen them up like daggers!

Luke.

Rubber boots around the stick shift connections would make that transition so neat... That's the first thing I thought of when I saw suicide shifters made from grip shifters too. Roll on bro, got any big mock up pics yet?
