Just picked this up last weekend. Looks to be all there, but I'm having a super hard time finding the model, manufacturer and dating it. Any help / thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

By the way - It has New Departure hubs front and rear (the rear is a Model D with a chrome arm with "New Departure Brake" lettering), A front light (the one pictured is not original), horn and battery pack in the tank with a (rare?) stop light brake light rack.
Have you checked with this guy? He claims to be pretty good.

Yeah - I dug through it all and just keep finding contradicting info. Was hoping that someone here is a Hawthorne expert, as I am NOT.
Definitely looks to be CWC made, mid forties just by looking at it, but I'm no expert.
I have found lots that look pretty close that are 39/41, but the rack is the real tricky part, it doesn't match many that I have found... lol I'm a Schwinn and Colson guy and ID-ing those is REALLY easy

Found this pic, looks awfully similar, maybe a little more deluxe with the springer. Says '41, but no pics of the serial.
