Even easier, couple of 1/4" spacers and not so much brake arm bend, woun't need so much axle length but those are easy to get or hack

How does that make 135 into 124?

I assume you mean in a road hub?

130mm - 135mm sound like MTB hubs or at least made for an MTB style frame. Same case my apply just in reverse depending on how the hubs are made. Just remove spacers as needed.

Thought OP was still talking coaster hubs, in that case just spread the coastrr frame. Wtf?

I use spacers and a longer bolt on the those brake arms rather than bending. They are mostly hidden from view anyway and it makes sure there is no binding from a poor bend at the hub end.
