I believe the consensus is that this is more of a custom bike site than strictly ratrod.thom said:This topic and one that appeared then vanished a couple of days ago has me wondering something.I look at this site daily . However ,I also frequent two other bicycle sites. The reason I look at different sites is I like other "areas" of bicycling besides ratrods too.I like riding and messing with three speed bikes and others that are not ratrod materials , I guess.I am suprised no one has complained about some of the "off topic" posts that I , and others have put on here . My question is , after reading this post , and the other one ,should I pick one site to use and not clutter up the others? :?:
I too, am a member of another bicycle forum...One that only has about 350 members. Because I also like to restore old bikes as well as build customs. But I spend 99% of my time here because I have made some genuine friends here! For me this feels like a real community of well, friends. And having joined in the conversations with you thom, I'd hate to loose you input. So I hope you and any others who've been around here, especially longer than I have, will continue to be a part of this awesome community that Steve has opened up to us.thom said:This topic and one that appeared then vanished a couple of days ago has me wondering something.I look at this site daily .
