Okay, so the ad would read "ran when parked, needs a rear tire tube"

I think early 1970's with 2 speed and automatic clutch. I even bought the tube but I have no idea where that is. Both plastic fenders are broken but still there. The seat has been reupholstered, no Honda logo.
