I've seen a couple styles of them. You can get bags of pressed pellets of your favorite smoking wood and the pellet box can feed them into the fire.

I saw one style at cal ranch that would feed it in on a timer. Supposedly Makes for that 12 hour pork shoulder smoke almost automatically...

Those are some heavy duty for the booty killer wheels!
If you can adjust the banana bread loaf seat flat like your first pic, it really has a cafe racer vibe with the tank in line with it.
I like the windshield too.

YEAH B I'M GONNA ADJUST THE SEAT FLAT. I THOUGHT THE CAFE RACER VIBE ALSO BUT I WAS GOING FOR THE LOOK OF AN OLD HOT RODS SEATS. IT SHOULD TIE IN ONCE I GET THE FINISHING PIECES. OR IT JUST MIGHT BE A CAFE RACER / MAD MAX CONTRAPTION. ANYWAYS

I LIKE IT. IT EVEN FLASHES.

HERE'S THE SEAT POSITIONED. I HAD TO TAKE OFF THE REFLECTOR. I USED THE EXTRA PIECES TO ATTACH THE SEAT TO THE DROP OUT.

YET ANOTHER MOCK UP. I HAVE TO GET RID OF THAT WIND SHIELD IT'S ANNOYING ME.
