It worked great on my bike at least. It works even better on rattle can spray paint and latex based paints

What to do instead of working on my build off bike? What to do? Hmmm... I know, I'll buy two new bikes! One bike, two bike, rusty bike, blue bike! I had to dodge literal tornados, golf ball sized hail, downed power lines and flooded streets to pick these up today. But it was worth it

Honda Civics are known to be quite reliable and fun to drive eco boxes. They are unfortunately not known for things like ground clearance, off-road-ability, or water fording. The street where I got these bikes from sank shortly after I pulled up I had to drive on the sidewalk for ~100 feet to escape

Painted spaceliner! That’s a frame I search marketplace for

Spaceliner is a favorite of mine with all those tubes, but that Westfield Columbia is beautiful! Love the line that the top tube takes all the way down through the stays to the dropouts. Matching paint on the springer is sweet, great looking sheet metal. I'd drive through heck and back for that pair too. Not surprised that the Civic survived, they're practically indestructible

You weren't lying! Less than a minute after application, the anodizing was falling off

I've never dealt with Nexus hubs, so if anyone knows of a better shifter than what's on it, I'd really appreciate a link for a better unit.

I recently used that shifter and really liked it. Much nicer than the twist shift version in my opinion. Would use again.

Finally started painting the wheels. I promise there's a method to the madness of using color coding stickers. I also made a jig to ensure they're all perfectly aligned

Idk, maybe it'll look better after the paint dries and I add the brushed metal effect to the center. It looked better when I was planning this out earlier today in my head
