Cool POP (pile of parts)! And your inspiration is, well, inspiring! Is it my imagination, or are a number of us focusing on the drag / hot rod theme this year? Should be interesting to see how we glean ideas from each other....

Should make for a sweet bike . You have some cool parts . . [emoji106][emoji106]

Hmmmmm, a dragster truck Monark.....this is gonna be fun.

Heck if you just throw that poop (pile of old parts) together now, it will be a cool bike!

Great theme, you have a nice collection of parts so far.

All I know is the reason I am focusing on it the drag /hot rod theme is because the chrome mossburg fork looks similar to a hot rodders drilled I beam axle

That's an awesome fork.

Got two parts mocked up to see the fit

Originally I bought the fender skirts for my evans/colson firebird build
http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/index.php?threads/project-firebird-455-sd.70767/#post-684747
Unfortunately they would have required to much modifications and I didn't want to do that to such a nice fender skirt set

but as it turns out they almost fit the monark frame perfectly
looks like I only need to drill some holes in the frame and very little grinding on the skirts

as for the 26" truss rods they needed a little re-bending to fit the 700c size forks

Tough! Dig this bike!

The skirts are killer with that fork.
I've got to add one of those to my fork collection someday.
Don't forget to test your wheels with the skirt placement too.
