WARNING : Not for human consumption . Now we need someTrying to find a paint color that gets close to the rear fender and/or frame red. I had three of the colors in my paint cabinet, purchased two others. I think at least one will be close enough with some added patina OddJob style.![]()
Rather amazing how many different shades of red there are. None really matching so far.
when it dries and with some massages one should do.![]()

Guess you read the fine print...maybe I can rub it down with some cheddar.WARNING : Not for human consumption . Now we need some
sharp cheddar to go along with it ?
I also decided to fit the chain. It needed one link added to work with the larger rear cog. Should be a little easier to pedal. With the fixed fender braces and rack mounts using the axle the adjusting screws came in handy on this bike. The rain quit for a while so got the stand out and moved out to drive where I had some elbow room. Managed to get the chain tension adjusted and the wheel centered.![]()

The tank and front fender are awaiting paint. If I can ever decide on tires I’ll probably stick with the faux 28” look on this bike. A few as is photos.![]()
