Personally only thing I'd suggest is try avoid galvanized. It's not good stuff to burn or grind on, for health reasons. also if not fully removed it contaminates welds.... Else wise keep rocking
Yup agreed Luke done and done!Looking great Kel!
The short bar for sure looks better.

I was going to ask if you were the typical 6 foot 42 inch Aussie height.Seat done lol
Still need's a little clean up but it holds me fine and im not exactly small
Galvy will work and I've had to use it in past alot...just a health thing to be aware of. the contamination comment was refer to extra clean up, not questioning the integrity of the burns.. it's great to see you step up your arsenal of skills...Yup agreed Luke done and done!
I only used galv for some small filler plate sections (less than afew inches wide) and I made sure that all the galv was gone before welding them.

That tall bar might have helped if you needed a backrest.

I never listened to any warnings about materials and hated respirators... I ended up with heavy metal toxic... it was a very costly lesson.
Kel just left my place after picking up his rear wheel, he brought the trike with him, and that thing looks awesome!
The front end looks made to order for it, perfect sizing and strength.
It is going to be a fun ride!

You mean like, anytime soon after November 8th...?If things go awry and the wife and I do end up moving to Australia, I don't care where we live.... I'm gonna make sure I hang out with all the Aussies on this site.
I guess Australia is now home to the muscle bike Just like the muscle car.

You are going to leave us and go hang with Kevin and Luke. I know they are the "muscle boys" and own the keys to the cool kids clubhouse!!!
To quote Ed McMahon....You mean like, anytime soon after November 8th...?
Looks awesome Kelvin!
Can't wait to see it with the front wheels on!
Luke.
Well Kel just left my place with the two replacement front wheels to replace the other replacement front wheels he had before, neither of us checked to make sure that the Alex rims we pulled of Redline hubs were actually 36 spoke to match the hubs, who would have thought Redline would run 32's?
Nobody realised until after powdercoating either!
Anyway, we found some other rims in the parts pile and laced them up, third time is the charm...
I suspect he will have a riding trike tonight, stay tuned for updates!
Luke.
This is wild! Great work!
