You completely changed the vibe with that Lowrider tire and the blue Metalcast mag! Dig it! :113:
Thank You OJ. I wanted to tye color to flow from front to back, added the blue to color match it in with the frame.

I Had a few low rider tires given to me for $Free.99. A 16" brick and a couple different treads on 20". Seemed appropriate to use one here. After I scrubbed the sidewall, it clearly needed to be on this bike.

The front tire is actually Low Rider branded raised black letter whitewall fron the 90s. Would be cool to have a 26" for the rear. The whitewall for the will be a duro brand. Thinking of making some stencils for it.

Been working on planning out the seat.

Took and made a symmetrical pattern from the old cover.

Traced the seat and.the sides on it.

Then made a second pattern to mark the line I need to thin to.

Then used a white pen ( ink disappears with heat.) And traced it on the spot I want to use for the seat.

This is the plan so far...

Took a day off from the seat. Almost there.

Been figuring out the back wheel. Wanted one wider that that narrow one. Had a couple 1-1/4 width to choose from.

Picked the pink one, sanded it down and painted it matte graphite.

A bit Darker than the mag.

After lowering the bars a side by side to Hard Eight from last years MBBO that took over a year to finish .

Liking them a bit more. Wishing they were longer at the grip, to match shouler width.

Brother extending the bars under the grips is easy. There's low tech, with a bit of broom handle carved to go into the tube a bit and extend to what you need, or there's mid tech (lol) where you use a bit of old handle bars with a stub of pipe inside. Both ways you need to remove that bit of lip on the inside of the bars and what ever you use can be secured with a little JB Weld. If you have 4" grip length in theory you can add 3 3/4" to the bars and still hide the seam.
