My First Rat Project -Old Elgin, Have Questions.

I picked up this 1941 Elgin today and was wondering if anyone knows what model it is. If you know anything about it, please let me know. I plan on washing it, lubricating everything and riding it as-is. Its an old barn find and I think it looks pretty cool like it is. Thanks, Cliff

Nice Ride Cliff, by chance are you in PA? That looks like a bike I forgot about on ebay, so close to home to... I would clean and ride it. It looks to cool to mess with.

Fresh rim tape/strips, some fresh street tires, soak and wipe the chain, RIDE ON! 8)
