You'll get used to it.
Watched Threads - it shows you the Watched Threads that you haven't read. All you have to do to see all of the threads is click on the line of text below that says "Show all watched threads"
Watched Forums will show up for the Sub-Forums that you choose to select "Watch" for.
Check your Alert Preferences by hovering over your name in the upper right and selecting them.
If there is some other function or view that you used to use but can't do it now, let us know. There is probably a way to do it, it's just a little different. I've been able to recreate most of the views that I use to have.

I started out with Netscape for a browser and hung on to it until it literally would not work at all just because I was so used to how it worked, and couldn't get used to anything else quick enough to satisfy myself. Of course i was eventually forced to play Taps and move on with the next browser in line. I eventually achieved the same comfort level only to have to change again at some point. Usually in the process I would find new things that I really liked and a few things that I missed, but the pain of changing would always go away with a little time.
It didn't get all wacky until maybe the 3rd day of the new forum?
