In Regards to “The Park City Chill”

This e-mail is being sent to thank you for your support of “The Park City Chill” Kansas’s Largest Indoor Motorcycle & Car Show, February 24th, 25th & 26th 2012 at the Kansas Pavilions. I would also like to mention that if you are in need of a hotel room? Please call the host hotel for this event at the Best Western in Park City at 316-832-9387 and mention “The Park City Chill” to get your discounted room rate.

Thursday the 23rd will be move in day starting at 8am until 10pm. Please come in the south gate off of Hydraulic. There will be event staff that will help guide you to the proper building. Once you have parked, please make your way to the registration offices to get your weekend passes and t-shirt if ordered.

It is with your help and support of this event that will make this show a huge success for all to enjoy. Again, Thank you for coming and that I look forward to seeing you at “The Park City Chill”.
