SORRY, I WAS MISTAKEN. DUMPSTER_DIVERS BUILD "RULE BREAKER" (yes that is the build name) DID NOT DO A GENDER CHANGE. HE CUT THE CANTI TUBE OFF A FRAME AND CHANGED IT TO A SINGLE MID TUBE LIKE THE OLDER J.C. HIGGINS. SORRY FOR MY MISTAKE. I WAS IN A RUSH TO GET SOME CHRISTMAS SHOPPING DONE AND DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GO BACK AND LOOK FOR ALL THE PICTURES.

If you replace the stock fork, you are probably altering the frame geometry as the bike will have different stance. I do agree that silly putty may be in order.
This is the post I was waiting for. Your dead right. Look at my bike hard luck or kota's that he did the same year. And hey Steve just said it its on. Anything goes which I would love to see just once. Then the let the voters decide would be true. If it does go that way I got my plan ready
