I was able to glue the chassis together on this 40 and did it ready for paint this past Saturday morning. Had some sunshine in 40 s today..

I need to drop by HL and see if they have any of those '63 Impalas. My Mom had the real deal bitd...wrecked it of course, but I'd like to build one as a tribute to her's.

I had thiught:
Getting 2 more 63 Impala ; do one white, other blue.
The kit has engine hole cover option..
Makes it like the old promo cars.
Plus: never hurts having a extra 409 or 2..3, for rod builds.

that sale will be back on next week; every other week. Had thought on getting the 64 conv.. let know how it us. have the wildcat..
Both wildcat , & impala.. are very simple builds.

The early years are my favorite Chevy II cars. In the seventies I put a 327 in a '62 Chevy II 2dr. hardtop. A bunch of these were used in the old gasser classes. Nice work KJV.
