Great job on the patina and tires wish I had a steady enough had for that.
Paint test looks very good! and the line work on the tires came out very well, tedious work!Experimenting with paint colors think I nailed down some good matches.
Shot the color on some old bars and did a little testing with faux patina.
Also highlighted the super cool good year tires.
That's a beautiful 2 a.m. shot.View attachment 128625
Sneak peek, went on a 2am test ride the other night. Had to replace the worn-out rear cog with a back up I had. After that it road smooth as butter no rubbing or clicking.
Ripped the whole bike apart again

Sound's like my project . Build , then dissemble and enhance then rebuild .
Then do it all over again .
That looks amazingView attachment 129494
Finished up all the fender details and shot it with the last bit of paint.
Got some fun accessories in the mail to finish up the build.
The faux patina turned out great after all the weathering.
That looks amazing
Lotta nice details, Scrib. I could stare at that kickstand for a while. Any information on it?
The faux tina is cooler than cool! So my real question is , tell us how you went from this:

To this ? Give us some details on the process please. What was the tape you used to wrap the fender? Did you paint white on part of that, then red? How were the black outlines on the darts made? How did you do "all the weathering" ?
