Two nice pairs of pedals to choose from just arrived by mail today...
Yes, you did. It comes from my pre RatRodBikes project, the Capitan Terror:Did I see a disc wheel in the background of the FIRST pic????
What a nice selection of parts. I especially like the chainguard but am looking forward to the "special secret cheesy sauce" chainguard you have in mind. I notice that everyone is hungry.I took the opportunity of the long weekend and spent a night on the campground to collect some parts for my build.
This is my stash on the campground (see the grey boxes @GeePig?):

Saddle, seatposts and spokes as I need to lace that duomatic into a 622 rim (I hope that at least one set of spokes will have the right length...)

Next challenge will be to make some room in our basement storage compartment that's already filled to the brim with stuff and bikes...
I got it from the DIY store. If I remember right it came in sheets about 100x50cm, about 3-4mm thick and it is sold as insulation...Extruded polystyrene you say...
Fancy poster board from the art supply house? I was thinking of something along those lines myself. Very cool.
I’ve been wanting to do a sticker bomb bike or decoupage for a LONG time! DIG IT!Yes, you did. It comes from my pre RatRodBikes project, the Capitan Terror:

I used EPS (extruded polystyrene) and covered it with paper. To fix it to the wheel I used screws and large washers (next time I take smaller washers but 5 instead if only 3). I'll do this again in this build....
