Right now the project consists of:

1-Some stupidly huge drag racing slicks.
2-pair of big block Chrysler headers off of a rat rod show car.
3-go-kart rear axle.
4-drag bike front tire.

If I can figure out how to gear it down to actually make it move there is a chance.

Moving that mass won't be easy, but this ought to be an interesting project. You could always carve an engine block out of styrofoam to achieve that traditional 'slingshot' look.

Right now the plan is to have the pedals between the headers kind of like a pedal car.

You could mounts the headers beside you - you're the engine.

Or skip the headers and find some curved shiny-ish pipe for zoomies

Or, make your own headers and spray them chrome (or rust-ify them) out of PVC and a metal Park Tool cup.

This drag pedal bike build will be fun to watch! Love to see it in person when you get it done @barnbikes .
